Motivated graduate and undergraduate students are welcome to join our Nanophotonics Research Group.

Our current research focus is in the areas of (1) green hydrogen and clean-energy materials, (2) intelligent vehicles and lithium-ion battery health estimation, (3) supercapacitors and energy storage, (4) plasmonic biosensors, imaging, and microscopy, (5) plasmonic photovoltaics, (6) plasmonic nanolasers, (7) two-photon terahertz quantum cascade lasers, and (8) mapping brain microstructures using diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging.
